Our team offers a comprehensive range of services, including tax compliance and planning, outsourced accounting and bookkeeping, payroll solutions, and consulting. Our Team
CPA
James Allen, CPA brings extensive tax experience serving closely held businesses, large corporations, and individuals with their tax compliance needs. After college, James relocated to Denver, Colorado, where he spent six years with Plante Moran, one of the nation's largest accounting and advisory firms. During his time there, he specialized in federal and state taxation, serving a diverse client base that ranged from small startups to nationally recognized businesses across a variety of industries. In 2025, James returned to Austin and joined Allen Hill Associates, where he helps lead the firm's tax practice. He is committed to providing proactive guidance, responsive service, and strategic tax insight that helps clients navigate complex tax matters. Outside of the office, James enjoys spending time with his wife, being outdoors near the water, and visiting professional sports stadiums across the United States.
EA (Enrolled Agent)
Ryan Hill, EA specializes in streamlining accounting functions and optimizing tax strategies for individuals and small businesses. A graduate of Texas A&M University Corpus Christi, Ryan began his accounting career with Allen Hill Associates in 2010. Since joining the firm, he has developed extensive expertise in outsourced accounting services, including strategic planning and advisory services for both service- and product-based businesses. As an Enrolled Agent, Ryan also provides specialized IRS representation and tax resolution services, helping clients protect their financial interests. Ryan stepped into his role as a partner in 2020 and currently leads the firm's accounting services team, overseeing bookkeeping, payroll, and other outsourced accounting solutions for small businesses. When he's off the clock, Ryan loves relaxing with his wife, daughter, and their two spoiled dogs. He is also an avid musician and outdoorsman who loves playing guitar and traveling to coastal destinations to surf.

Jane Allen, CPA is a seasoned tax professional with more than 40 years of experience providing strategic tax planning, compliance, and advisory services to individuals and closely held businesses. Throughout her career, Jane has built a reputation for delivering thoughtful and detail-oriented tax solutions tailored to each client's unique financial circumstances. Her expertise encompasses individual and business taxation, international tax compliance, business planning and entity structuring, and comprehensive advisory services designed to help clients achieve their financial goals while maintaining full compliance with evolving tax regulations. Jane works closely with entrepreneurs, business owners, and high-net-worth individuals, providing practical guidance and proactive strategies that support long-term growth and financial success. When she's not serving clients, Jane enjoys spending quality time with her children and grandchildren. She also enjoys playing tennis, dancing, walking her dogs, and traveling.
